Churchill Claims Services is a nationwide, multi-line independent adjusting company specializing in daily claims. Founded in 2001 by experienced adjusters, Churchill was built to give claims professionals a better-managed, more dependable adjusting process.

Who does Churchill Claims Services work with?

We work with insurance carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), managing general agents (MGAs), self-insured organizations, law firms, defense counsel, and other commercial clients that require independent claims services.

Does Churchill represent individual policyholders?

No. Churchill Claims Services does not provide public adjusting services or represent individual policyholders or consumers. We work exclusively for insurance industry professionals and commercial organizations.

Yes. Churchill provides independent adjusting services throughout the United States. Coverage for a particular assignment depends on the loss location, type of claim, and adjuster availability.

How can I find an adjuster near the loss location?

Contact us directly at 877-840-6277 or info@churchill-claims.com, and our team will check current adjuster availability for the loss location. You can also use our Find an Adjuster tool. Enter the loss city, state, or ZIP code to see nearby adjusters and their distance from the loss. Our roster changes regularly, so please contact us if the locator does not show the coverage you need.

Churchill combines nationwide coverage with small-company accessibility and responsiveness. We are easy to reach and fast to respond. Churchill was founded and managed by experienced field adjusters. That hands-on experience shapes how we handle assignments and helps us deliver the information claims professionals need. Each assignment is backed by an internal quality-control process that includes oversight by an experienced supervisor, report proofing, technical and final review, and tracking through our proprietary Claims Management System. This combination of hands-on service and structured oversight helps us complete assignments promptly without sacrificing accuracy, thoroughness, or report quality. Our goal is straightforward: get each assignment right the first time and deliver a clear, complete report on time.

What is Churchill’s Claims Management System?

Churchill’s proprietary Claims Management System was developed in-house around the practical needs of adjusters and examiners. It is used to monitor each assignment from receipt through the final report, including activity, documents, follow-up items, and deadlines. The system gives adjusters, supervisors, and support staff a clear view of an assignment’s status, while its diary controls help prevent outstanding items or deadlines from being missed.

Can a new client send Churchill a single assignment?

Yes. New clients are welcome to begin with a single assignment without first establishing an account or signing a service agreement. It is a straightforward way to experience our service firsthand.

How do I submit an assignment, and what happens next?

Assignments can be submitted through our online assignment form, by email at assignments@churchill-claims.com, or by fax at 866-800-0668. Vehicle appraisal assignments can also be submitted online or emailed to appraisals@churchill-claims.com. For assistance, call 877-840-6277. After an online submission, you will receive confirmation that Churchill received the assignment. We will review it and select an adjuster. A separate email will then provide the Churchill file number and the adjuster, supervisor, and contact information.

How much do Churchill’s adjusting services cost?

Churchill keeps pricing straightforward. Most field adjusting assignments are billed at a standard hourly rate, while many vehicle appraisal services are offered at flat rates. Mileage and other applicable charges are itemized separately, and out-of-pocket expenses are billed at cost, without percentage-based add-ons. Rates vary in a few states and for certain specialized assignments. Contact us for our current fee schedule or the rate that applies to a particular assignment.

Are licensing information and references available?

Yes. Adjuster licensing information and business references are available upon request.
