Jake brings a unique perspective to this role, one that blends hands-on claims experience with a strategic understanding of how to support clients at every level.

A Background Built on Real Claims Experience

What makes Jake a great fit for Churchill Claims is his firsthand experience within the industry. Having worked in both health claims resolution and property claim adjusting, he understands the day-to-day realities that Claims Supervisors, carriers, and TPAs face.

He knows that behind every assignment is a need for:

  • Timely, accurate reporting
  • Clear communication
  • Reliable follow-through

In his role, Jake leads new client development across our nationwide, multi-line adjusting services. He works closely with carriers, law firms, TPAs, and self-insured clients to understand their specific needs and align them with the right adjusting resources.

His approach is simple: listen first, then deliver solutions.

Whether it’s helping manage overflow, supporting ongoing investigations, or scaling resources during high-volume periods, Jake focuses on connecting clients with experienced adjusters who can deliver accurate, on-time results.
